The core market of our company is still the Southeast Asian market. Last year, we had already achieved a scale of over 100 million yuan. In the first quarter of this year, our revenue approached 20 million yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 35%.

By leveraging the advantages of the entire industrial chain, we assign some complex orders to factories with surplus capacity for production and some standard product orders to factories with relatively stable quality for production. This way, the efficiency is much higher.

After digitization, customers' orders can be notified immediately on the day they are completed. This means that each order can save 5 to 10 days, which is equivalent to me doing 5 to 10 more days of orders and business. Accumulated over a year, in a year of 12 months, we can achieve 13 or 14 months of business.

Foreign trade enterprises have responded positively, and the government and relevant departments have also taken the initiative to act, launching a "combination of punches" to protect the development of enterprises. This year, our city will fully support the premiums of policy-based export credit insurance for small and micro export enterprises with an export volume of less than 7 million US dollars in the previous year. Meanwhile, relevant departments from the provincial and Ningde municipal levels are invited to conduct in-depth research at key export enterprises and assist them in solving practical problems. Actively organize enterprises to participate in important domestic and international exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and the Hannover Messe in Germany, further explore emerging markets for products, reduce the risk of reliance on a single market through diversified layout, and enable enterprises to move steadily and far in international trade.

In recent years, our city has successively formulated and implemented the "Development Plan for the Motor and Electrical Appliance Industry Cluster in Fu 'an City" and the "Special Plan for High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Fu 'an City during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period", and issued the "Notice of the People's Government of Fu 'an City on Printing and Distributing Several Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Motor and Electrical Appliance Industry in Fu 'an City" and the "Three-Year Special Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Traditional Industries in Fu 'an City". Through policy-driven efforts, the motor and electrical appliance industry has been promoted to improve quality and efficiency from aspects such as land guarantee, financing support, and brand building.
